School Tours Handout
This was a request from our education department. The idea was to take the one-page front/back form and divide it into 6 separate pages. Reason being, the teacher who receives the packet may not always be the one to come on the field trip, there may be multiple chaperones, and the drivers need their own information. Below is the revamp of our school tours handout packet.
